We began our journey in July 2007 in Genoa, founded by the Turkish companies ARKAS Holding and URSA Mariport Invest as a shipping agency in Italy. A major milestone came in December 2010, when we signed a memorandum of understanding in Izmir, marking the entry of Arkas Denizcilik ve Nakliyat AS and Fratelli Cosulich S.p.A. as our shareholders.
